Actually the attendance appeared to be fairly decent for the Arkansas game.

        Pigs beat Kentucky too.

        WSU is better then Pigs.

        Therefore: WSU > Kentucky

After we beat ISUb at their place how many games did they lose in a row. When you circle a game for 6 weeks and then lose, it is tough to rebound from it.

I'm afraid we were watching different games then. The arena I saw was embarrassingly empty.

They had all their fans move down to lower seats.

I just checked the box score and they show the attendance at 7096. That isn't bad for a NIT opening game. Not great, but not bad. I have certainly seen a lot of NIT games on TV the last few years with much worse attendance.

Bud Walton arena seats almost 20,000 people. 7096 in attendance is fine for an NIT game but it also = a lot of red chairs. Mizzou barely put 2500 in their seats BTW. NIT or not it's ridiculous.

I noticed the very sparse attendance at the Missouri game. Unfortunately that seems to be closer to the norm for most of the opening NIT games that I have watched on TV the last few years.

The attendance usually picks up the closer the team gets to going to New York.
