Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

If someone asks him his opinion and his opinion is that they'll go after Marshall, there's no reason to simply assume his opinion is based on sources.
Thanks for the intelligent response. Those are rare around here.

UNC is a much better job, and a far, far bigger draw to someone from that area. UNC also doesn't have the insane arrogance of UCLA, where they will fire a coach for only making the Final Four.
However, NC was not particularly kind to Gutheridge or Dougherty, and they were part of the family... But you are right about UCLA and Howland.Kansas is Flat. The Earth is Not!!

wants some theater for next season at Koch Arena is if Tulsa hired Doug Gottlieb
Doug Gottlieb: Age 38. The former Oklahoma State point guard was an ESPN Radio host, did ESPN college basketball analysis and now does studio and game work for CBS. He has no coaching experience, but two years ago he expressed interest in becoming Kansas State’s head coach. It is believed that Gottlieb inquired about the TU job two years ago, and he might be intrigued again.Follow me on twitter: https://twitter.com/Shox_KCfan

Can you imagine his game prep regarding Van Vleet?
Assistant coach: "You've got to keep Van Vleet in front of you so he can't get to the basket. He'll tear us apart if you don't. But don't give him too much room or he'll shoot us right out of the game!"
Gottlieb: "What? No. He's a decent mid-major point guard, but that's all. Don't worry about him. Those All-America awards were bogus. Worry about that Scott City, Iowa kid."

The fact that he tried to get his first head coaching job at KSU just shows what kind of ego this guy carries. I seriously doubt he gets a sniff at Tulsa if Manning left but I would love it if he did. The idea of watching him fall flat on his face "at this level" is irresistible.
