I'll still back what I said as a first impression, mostly for this reason. But from the other posts that you made while I was typing that, it at least appears that it was the exception instead of the rule. In which case I'm perfectly fine with you being on here.

        • Hands down, will be the single most historic event in D1 college basketball if the Shox go 40-0. And yes, I'm putting that ahead of UCLA's 7 straight National Championships in the late 60's and early 70's. We got punk'd, but would make the victory oh so much sweeter given the stacked deck against us.

There's only one more time-honored Selection Sunday tradition than filling out an NCAA tournament bracket: Second-guessing the selection commitee's decisions. This year's committee did a good job with some aspects of the bracket but missed the mark on others. Here's a look at three things the committee got right and three it got wrong:

That will be the case. Your road to the championship game is the clincher. Toughest region provides the means for WS to "shock" the college hoops world and redefine whether a mid-major team could such a thing.

                What's a mid-major team?

Mid-major teams are teams outside of the traditional power conferences. You have a chance to do what Butler nearly did and win a title, but to win a title and do it with a perfect record would be off the charts.

                    You need to read more.

Wichita State University head coach Gregg Marshall talks to press ahead of the first round of the MVC Tournament and he doesn't like that "MM" word.Q. Coach,...

What school last went to the Final Four, followed it up with an undefeated season, and then had their validity question?

Your undefeated season by even most gurus has been discounted based on your conference schedule and even non-conference schedule. I mean zero disrespect here. The only true way to dispel all non-believers is to take it all. I take it you can not name any mid major programs cutting down the nets. Again, I for one will be a fan of WS for every game of this tourney except one. I hope you do it. For me, it will be just as exciting to watch it happen as it was watching Villanova defeat Georgetown back in the day for the title.
