Just got out of the pep rally. Great inspiration from the band, cheerleaders, Wu, Debbie Kennedy, Mike Kennedy, Dave Dahl, coach Marshall and the great Shocker fans. My greatest moment however was meeting Jerry and Debbie (thank God he didn't punch me out or something when I told him I was SHOXMVC). When I knelt down to talk to Debbie, I was overwhelmed by a magnificent sunny brightness in her eyes. She light the whole room up with her enthusiasm, hope and appreciation for all the things she has in life. Jerry, you apparently are on top of that list you lucky dog you. Besides feeling we are cutting down nets Sunday, this pep rally will go down as my favorite moment in STL...book it!!!

Thanks for sharing this SHOXMVC. What a happy day for Shocker Nation and our prayers will continue for Pogo and his Family. As great as seeing our Shockers play great for 3 days and take the all-important MVC Post-Season Trophy, I will stand by my earlier comments that my favorite memory from my 4 days in STL was meeting Jerry and Debbie. I can't tell you how many times Mrs. SHOXMVC and I talked about the great inspiration we got from meeting the Becker's. Winning in STL was just icing on the cake.Comment
