Those type of people crack me up. After going on and on about WSU's weak schedule, they forget that a weak schedule means playing lots of teams that are equivalent to, well, #16 seeds. Shouldn't we be saying that WSU will be the most proven #1 seed ever as far as ability to beat #16 seeds?

I've explained this to a couple of friends who feel compelled to repeat this nonsense everytime the Shockers come up. The last time one guy said it I was in such a pissy mood that I told him that I would throw a beer in his face he next time he said it. I even ordered a bud light so that I wouldn't have to waste my good beer on his stupid face. I just sat there with a big grin and left the beer as a threat. That was fun.

I moved to Austin 5 years ago. I know as a fact that UT fans live and die by their Football program and consider basketball to be a distant third place after Spring Football. ;) They pay Barnes a lot of money to finish behind KU and no one (including the Newspaper guys) seem all that concerned about it.
