Yes it does. Even a large number of 1st rounders play in the D-League now. Heck, those Euro players picked late the 1st round are probably never going to play in the NBA at all. I don't think Early fell because of anything he did though. Just a byproduct of his age and a lack of respect for the MVC. His size, athleticism, skills, and mentality are as good as anyone drafted before him.
