Cle and NBA draft

The thing about Cle's projected spot of the bottom half of the first round is always an iffy thing. The last half of the first round, the execs will lock up a lot of Euro players to get them into contracts with their organization and may not ever see an NBA roster, but do it for the way the system works. Falling out of the first round can suck for guaranteed money for Cle, and the glory of being drafted higher, but going early in the 2nd round from an organization that has no first rounders, and it's Phil Jackson rebuilding an entire roster... It can definitely be a blessing in disguise, and that's not even counting the intangible good things of Cle being home, closer to mom, etc etc.
I really couldn't think of a better situation for Cle to make a name for himself right now. There are a lot of rosters where Cle may not get much playing time just due to the makeup of certain NBA rosters being heavy on the 2 and 3. Look at Murry with NYK and the heavy rotation of just PG's he had to battle to see any playing time. Cle has a situation that allows him minutes, and minutes to prove his worth.
There is a guy who played at a "mid-major" who got drafted mid first round, where some of the mocks had Early projected, and he ended up being the Finals MVP this year. 6'7'' SF Kawhi Leonard from San Diego State University. You may have heard of him. Cle could definitely turn out to be a lot like Kawhi someday.
