Only fans of bottom feeder programs do it. Look around the country. Indiana fans looked pathetic the other night. It's freakin INDIANA, and you're storming the court ?!?! I'd rather be the program that they storm the court when they beat you. That's the sign of a GREAT program.
I quite like being the program where fans want to storm the court, but never get that opportunity.

I don't get why it is such a big deal one way or the other. Who cares?

I was at the Iowa-Wichita State tournament game played at the old HLA, now Koch, and we (including yours truly while under the influence of something) stormed the court after that victory. It put us in the Sweet 16 against KU, played in New Orleans which, BTW, we won that game too. http://www.mmbolding.com/Kansas_NCAA/1981.htm

I REPEAT. We are the program that gets court stormed by loser fans not the other way around. Why is this so hard for you people to understand? Do you think this is still the Mike Cohen era or something? If you storm the court you look like a pathetic wuss.

The decision is for the students to make.

Regardless of circumstances or history, I never criticize the students' decision to storm or not storm.

I am sorta like ABC. I have no preference.

I say storming the Bar is far superior than storming the court

Even after capping off an undefeated season? Yeah, because that happens ALL the time to everybody.

Low level crap programs can upset teams from time to time. But they don't go through the year 31-0. Rest assured, storming the court in this instance, would not lower our program's stature. I'm sure Cuse fans would do it too.

I generally frown upon it but if it is done safe and done for truly momentous occasions then I'm for it.

The valley title in 06 ? Of course
Beating CU in the coliseum ? Ok
Being the first team in a decade to run the table? Sure!

Amen. Its about having fun. Couple of court storms won't hurt anybody. C'mon Zubcut, Cat fans had a blast last night.

I agree. My only concern is that none of the players get hurt on either side in a court storming.

There was also a court "storming" in 2011-12.

Yeah, that one was more of the "fans casually wander out to the court to celebrate the cutting down of nets." Not a freak-out storm but rather a "time to celebrate" gathering.
