I think the biggest problem with Jake White was his inability to take a charge. Sure he was in position since the beginning of time. Sure he was more set than a statue. But it was that last part he could never do. He could never get the ref to call it on the offensive player.

OK, I got it now. There have been a few instances of people talking about Wessel and Wiggins and their shooting this year being Whiteish. They are mainly talking about the 3 point shooting (Jake hit .111 last year).

Not going to spend that much time going through all the stuff I have read the past couple
weeks. I thought I had noticed his name come up several times in an unflattering way and
I was just tired of seeing a former player who gave his all still being razzed. Sorry I wasted
every ones time on this. Will try to have more relevant posts in the future.

I was never knocking Jake. The kid tried hard, but never seemed to have thinks go his way. That's all that I ment by that.

I mentioned that Wiggins has Jake Whititus, because Wiggy is in a 3 point shooting slump ala Jake White circa 2012/2013.

If that's "poking fun" of Jake White and what caused this thread, I at least want a "participation medal" for being the catalyst to the thinnest skinned post in Shockernet history.

On the real, one of my favorite memories of last season was Jake Whites tip-in at half against the Zags.

Last year: White eFG% 48.2 Early eFG% 51.4
This year: Early eFG% 51.0

Even though White hit a higher percentage of his shots, Early scored more points off his shots. Also, I'm pretty sure @asiseeit: was posting here last year under the name garylee.
