Since the whole point of this is hoping Villanova loses, consider that kenpom has their odds of losing at Marquette and at Georgetown the same as losing this one. Losing to one of those two would hurt their ranking more than losing to sCUm and if sCUm wins this then they get ranked again.

I will be cheering for Nova to boat race CU tonight and forever! If we take care of business, we get a one seed - bank on it. We control our destiny and I will not succumb to the notion of needing help from CU to improve our stock when Selection Sunday is still two months away.

As long as regional teams like CU continue to have success, that takes a little luster away from what we are doing here. I hope they become Big East bottom feeders so we never have to here about their relevancy ever again. Nebraska is doing their part, I'd love to see CU start doing theirs as well as KSU, OU, Colorado State, Air Force and Missouri State.

Oh and did I mention how much I want CU to go and suck a fatty?!

No. But if I'm following your line of thinking correctly, Creighton's Expected Future Weight on us is .08. Villanova's is .05

So looking strictly at how each of them affects our RPI, it would be better if Creighton won, even though it's a pretty insignificant number.
