I find it troubling that a 3rd row seat (potentially) could mean he stays home instead.

I gave my row 5 tickets to a friend for the ISU game and bought tickets in row 30 for myself, I was damned happy I could, and I was thrilled to be in the house.

    Priority check young man.

Not only does he piss and moan, on TV nonetheless, but he blatantly steals the sign from one of our own Shocker Nation members.

It's one thing to complain about the fan base and athletic department, but it's entirely another to pass off others ideas as your own (especially after you criticized the sign idea in the first place).

Even though the sign would look good on the front row, it should be disqualified from competition.

I'm currently a student, but for the 9 years I went to games before I was in college, I sat 32 rows up. Whether I'm 32 rows up or 5 rows up, I don't care. The atsmophere in Koch Arena is absolutely amazing regardless of where you sit, and I don't see how ANYBODY could complain about that.

Might want to check this thing called Twitter. I hear it's pretty popular.

While the whole "I saw it first" thing is fun, I'm sure....

I want to say Thank You to @Signman: for doing something nice for something else.

Seems many are doing the same thing they are criticizing the kid for. The important thing is HOPEFULLY the kid learned a lesson, and that he will pay it forward.

Isn't that one of the great things about being a Shocker?

This young man did not steal anything. If you want to blame someone blame me. I had my organization go thru a number of ideas to help him. It appeared to us based on the "Indiana State Sign Idea thread" that you were offering creative ideas. Perhaps I should have called and asked for permission to use the entire idea of the "VanVleet Delivery" and for that we apologize. It was obviously a great idea and we used it. Keep in mind we were not selling anything to anyone but just trying to build momentum for the game.

I'm not mad at someone taking the image, I just felt it was really ironic if it was the kid who just took it without asking.

No hard feelings with Miracle Signs on this, please everyone remember that they were doing it to help a Shocker fan. Don't be upset at @Signman:.

My point is, someone obviously put time in to create that logo, only to have someone else benefit from it.

Also, what does this teach him? Piss and moan till it works out or you get your way? Looks like I've been doing it wrong all these years..

I will say, it does look good @Signman:. Very well made.

The whole situation is just messy.

Lesson 1) It is a great day to be a Shocker fan.

Lesson 2) Nothing is ever as bad as it seems.

Lesson 3) There are still good people out there willing to selflessly help others.

Lesson 4) No good deed goes unpunished.

Lesson 5) Grow up a little, and be proud of who you are and what you do. Ron and Nick will find you for your ritual.

Lesson 6) Be weary of those who should be your elders but act like your annoying little brother (ITS NOT FAIR!!)
