Derail doesn't have the experience yet to take over Nick's spot. But I'm hoping by next year, he'll be a good replacement for Nick.

I know people has been saying that Wessel needs to find his shooting touch again from 3. Even though last year he shot around 45% from 3 before breaking his finger, has anyone considered that this might have been a fluke and now his shooting from 3 is just the way it's going to be? I think he might want to consider driving and dishing to another open player who can make the 3 instead of taking it himself.

If last year was a total fluke, he needs to transfer to D-II. He's not quick enough to drive past anyone without a shot fake. The good news is his shot looks good in warm ups and I don't think his shooting last year was a total fluke even though it was only 24 shots. I think he just needs some confidence in his shot and getting the red light on threes would kill any remaining confidence he has in it.
