We don't really have anything to gain by playing them. No player in Lawrence worth recruiting. Their presence in our arena won't generate more attendance. I don't really see what the point is. If we win, big whoop. If they got lucky and beat us, we'd never hear the end of it. Why play them?

With Creighton in another conference, KU would become our rivalry game. Oh, and if we beat them they would never hear the end of it, until they win a game from us. Remind me again, as a dead horse beater...that fun looking matchup with the four Iowa schools they had last weekend...was that mandated by their legislature? Because if not, ISU and Iowa have the right attitude....

NOT legislated. Threatened, yes, but not mandated. They went from home and home between the 4 to this new format of the big 4 last season. That was to soften the blow of not playing at all soon. Both Iowa and Iowa State are tired of getting their asses handed to them by ******* and geese. It kills their CBI seeding.
