I think "Iowa Player" should be a generic term - not necessarily indicating a player for Iowa - just a type of player we typically see from Iowa and on a lot of teams from that area - including a lot of MVC teams.

I hate these Iowa players who can't jump, aren't athletic, can't play physical, but can hit baskets. It gets really boring watching them play.

I don't know what game you've been watching but Iowa players have, for the most part, been by far the more athletic and quicker players on the floor.
