How far does WSU have to go before we quit hearing "there are no dominant teams this year?" Seems like a silly thing to say when a team is entering the tournament undefeated for the first time in 23 years. Just because the dominant team doesn't wear a UK or Duke jersey doesn't mean they don't exist.

When Wichita State ends up 40-0 and wins the National Championship is when you won't hear that statement any more. Sorry to say but that is how it is for this year. You went 34-0 and that is a great accomplishment but you have not exactly played murder's row schedule. I am rooting for you as long as you don't play Kentucky or Ohio State but I for one will be very interested to see how you fair this year in the NCAA tournament.

Teams that wouldn't finish top 3 of the Valley and would have excellent chances of playing Thursday:

DePaul, St. Johns, Providence, Seton Hall, Marquette.

Marquette and DePaul would be Thursday night attendees in St. Louis... parlaying off what Doc already stated.

Sometimes you just have to WATCH basketball instead of just watching the numbers all the time. Once again, as is the case with you...more fluff, no stuff.

Does half the Priest suck? Yes. Any of them would be a toss up to go halvsies with the bottom of the Valley home and home.

Seton Hall beat out the 4 MVC Thursday night teams in all 4 categories. DePaul beat them out in 3 of the 4.

SMU better step up if they don't want to have a long wait until Selection Sunday as Houston leads 52-47 after a 23-9 2nd half. A loss here by SMU would make them very nervous.
