My question is, at what point is it not a foul? Can't a player with the ball keep going into a defender until he's under the basket for an easy layup? Is that what some people want basketball to be?

If he's in legal guarding position he can bump the dribbler. I think he was in LGP.

Our only loser tonight so far is Tennessee State (stunner I know- down 43-35 w/17+ left vs a decent Middle Tennessee team). Time to root on DePaul and Alabama (along with Va Tech vs. #2 Syracuse).
