Fran is the biggest cry baby, loose cannon out there.

He has personally costed his team games at least once every season. This looks to be this year's game.

The officials have been bad in the Iowa-Wisc game. I don't blame Fran for blowing up when he did, Iowa was getting hosed. Sucks that he handed UW 4 points and the ball.
