I agree with Doc and SR for that matter (though I like Doc's presentation more) that the draft talk has the potential to be a big distraction. SN talking about it isn't the problem, but dealing with national media attention can be an issue for a lot of players--it might well be for Early right now. Fortunately Baker has a great head on his shoulders.Shocker Nation, NYC

As much as it would break my heart for him to go the NBA draft after this season, I would still be very happy for him. He is one of the better individual stories in college basketball right now. From walk-on paying his own way, to the star of a team coming off a Final 4 appearance. I thought this was going to be Early's team this season. I was wrong. Baker is the heart and soul of the team and we will go as far as he takes us. I wish him the best and hopefully we will have him for another season or two. If he stays at WSU for another couple years, I think he could end up having a jersey hanging from the rafters someday.
