This kinda stuff may steer me away from any future ordering of anything through the athletic department.. and the way they handled it.

What really hurt the athletic department was a lack of communication. Sh*t happens. However, when the fans have put out their money and have high expectations of when they'll get the DVD, better and more often explanations are in order. Make it at least appear you care by keeping them informed.

Got mine today. Ordered on black Friday, form letter of apology, not even signed, well, signed via a computer, and no coupons. I live out of state. Frustrating, and not worth going hyper over, but come on, refund shipping, make a phone call, something. They have no problem getting in touch with me on a timely basis to ask for money :)
