I tell you what is really really bumming me out.
I PAY for shockervision, I log into shockervision, there is no sound at the start of the game, sound comes back up but it LAGS so horribly I can't bear to watch it. I get on one of the "shall not be named" sites that streams the exact shockervision stream and voila, no lag, watching it just fine off a third party site....
get your act together, I try and give my money to watch these games legally but the "illegal" third party stream is better quality and doesn't lag....come on now..

I really like that Shockervision lets me watch games that I wouldn't normally have access to, but I think the two biggest problems I have are (1) the number of games not offered and (2) that I have to watch the game live. I support all of WSU athletics, but I'm not going to sit down and watch a live game in any other sport but men's basketball. So for me I paid for a month of access starting for midnight madness. That just ran out, and now I won't buy another month until December 7th (the next game available on shockervision), and then I will buy again on the 8th of January and then the 11th of February. I end up spending half of what I would if I bought a year pass. If I could watch replays, though, I would absolutely give up the $80/year. And if the majority of users are like me, I just find it hard to believe that the administration cannot provide replays of games for what ends up being $40/user [if everyone only paid monthly, but paid for a year pass with access to replays, Shockervision gets an extra $40/user]. $40/user is a huge amount of money. Heck, for $40, and certainly $80, I could get the necessary online server space and software to record games and create my own database of games for instant replay. So is it just a rights issue? Does WSU not have the rights to replay some of their games? I can't imagine why that would be the case.
TLDR: I'd like replays of games, and I'd be willing to pay more for it.
