I see this topic on your board and I swear I am reading about my experiences with Sycamore Vision. Our game last Saturday vs IUPUI was the first game this season where the audio & video was in sync, the limited camera work was good and I have no complaints. Other than this one time it has sucked, sucked, sucked. I have emailed our AD who passes it to one of his assistant's who always responds and says they are working on it. This has been going on since back in football season. Maybe, just maybe, they finally have it figured out but I doubt it. The webmaster of our Sycamore Pride forum who is first rate on the technology even offered to drive from Indy to Terre Haute (for free/NO CHARGE) to show them how to fix things. Don't believe he ever heard from them. Other streams such as the OVC Network (free) & the Horizon (free) are ions better in quality than this crap we pay for. I have been a Sycamore fan for 50 years & until this year I was always in the stands. Now I live 500 miles away and have to put up with this crap. Is Shocker Vision, Sycamore Vision, etc. a product of the Missouri Valley or just a cheap stream of choice by the schools ?

Too much content and too little bandwidth = slow response. It's not the site's problem, but you'd think that the people running the site would HIGHLY recommend a graphics accelerator card and memory to go with it. The more you can buffer content, the fewer "freezes" you will have.
Having said that, you'd think the AD's person in charge of this would at least advise people of this, instead of continuing to take their money.
I don't consider myself brilliant by any stretch of the imagination, but I was able to fix my problem with ESPN3 this way. My question is why the AD can't find someone to fix the problem, as he has at least several Doctorate-level EE's on campus.
