Ugly ass game to watch with no flow. Lots of whistles (thanks NCAA).

I don't think the refs are gonna let ORU come back in this one. Unfortunate. K-State still looks like garbage.

        Michigan: 35.3/34.8/33.6/30.5

        Syracuse: 35.2/34.9/33.8/29.5

        Louisville: 31.2/31.1/30.3/26.1

        Wichita State: 28.6 (Hall)/28.6 (Armstead)/25.1 (Early)

We were the exception, not the rule. This year, we may have 3 players with minutes like Louisville, but I doubt like Michigan or Syracuse.
I agree. Plus, if we want Early to get the accolades he deserves, he's gonna have to put up some numbers. And the more minutes he is able to play, the more he can rack up. The only concern is wearing him down for the end of the year, but there are obviously going to be some nights where he won't get to 30 minutes because of foul trouble and such. So that isn't a big worry.

Had to turn away from the Wildcats game to the Knicks game. That early deficit and that ugly-a$$ floor is too much to stomach.

Guess which school in Omaha beat UMKC by a wider margin: Creighton or Nebraska-Omaha?

The Big East is tough, especially on their home court.

I dont know much about UNO, well I really dont know much of anything at all about them, but they might not be all that bad this year. In fact, they just might be able to give some Valley bottom dwellers a good game. I just checked, they are currently 2-1. They beat N. Illinois in DeKalb, Lost to Iowa by only 8 in Iowa City and just throttled UMKC for their home opener.

This has little or nothing to do with anything Shocker related, but I guess I need to keep an eye on the Mavs. I've never been to a UNO game, but if they keep on winning, maybe I'll have to jump on the bandwagon. I can walk to the Ralston Arena from my house and tickets are only a few bucks. And yes, they do sell beer!
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

I imagine they'll be pretty good the next couple of years. They do, after all, have someone with Final Four experience on their roster.

I just read the writeup on the Iowa game. UNO led almost the whole game. They fell behind with less than four to play and Iowa was only able to extend to eight withfree throws. UNO did very well. I nnoticed that they play Drake. I'll be pulling for Drake, but would not be surprised if UNO wins the game.

                        • And Jake White is ineligible this year. Next year, Jake White and UNO will beat Iowa.

Now I sound like a bandwagon Evansville fan... I am a Cubs fan after all.

                            • Indiana State is in beast mode at Belmont, leading 49-33 at halftime. This would be a very, very good road win for the Trees.
