Sorry you felt the need to respond. Some might consider that a defensive reaction. I was posting in generalities as in "some people".

Few things in life are black or white, but many shades of gray. One usually needs to accept some faults, particularly ones considered small by most. We all have them. You have a few that take the opportunity to be critical on any opportunity, large or small, discounting the good and others, as you say, "blow the AD every nanosecond like they're infallible". Both views are on the extreme and probably equally misguided. By and large, most usually don't hold such black or white viewpoints of a person, but look at the complete picture. One's personal view of the truth may not necessarily be for most others, so "telling it like it is" may only represent a strong personal viewpoint not shared by most. Most others also know when someone is going to chime in on cue with their own cranky-like opinion because of their pattern of reactions.

For me, where "I draw the line" will take something a little more devastating.

I'm glad you have the opinion that you do. I have the opinion that I have. I'm glad for some people it bothers them about the same amount as the spelling of St. Lewis bothers me.

You want to know why people are willing to defend these kind of errors? It has nothing to do with being sunshine pumpers and everything to do with being sick of the cadre of posters that are intent on belittling the AD and never giving any credit for anything that goes right and going haywire over anything that goes wrong.

The relentless Sexton bashing doesn't help bring people to your side, it just makes people more defensive and (ironically) more willing to tolerate these kinds of errors (which are embarrassing).

Where did I mention Sexton in this thread? But now that you bring it up, it is under his watch and he oversees the whole operation, including the ticket office.

Sub was a good poster, but I wouldn't say leaving because he denied saying something he was legitimately quoted as saying counts as being "run off". I detected elevated levels of pride and an epidermis that wasn't quite as thick as necessary to defend one's position in an internet debate.

Even so, I miss the guy, too.

Actually, I like and agree with most all of your posts. I also like your energy, if channeled to the betterment of your positions. Even on this thread, I don't disagree with the premise of your original posts, just the way you twist things of any poster who doesn't like your tactics or simply get tired of the shtick you use. Rather than leaving their comment alone and letting it die, you go on an unnecessary attack (see above quote) and make stuff up.
