To me that translates to winning arch madness year in and year out to make in to the NCAA tournament every year vs having one amazing year and never get into the tourney again...

I expect us to have an MVC Championship (or two) in 2014.

Win the Valley in convincing fashion and the MVC tournament.

I think if we do that this year, we will land a blue chip recruit or 2 that takes our program up a notch or 2.

Valley titles and NCAA appearances at minimum. I think expecting Sweet 16's every year may be asking a little much, considering how much the tourney is about matchups and a little bit of luck. We should at least pump out a win though.

I think expectations will be met for the foreseeable future.

This may be simple but I just hope they come out each game and practice with Mental Toughness and a little eXrta Effort. This should translate to into them Playing Angry. Sure they will lose some games they will win some games but they will always be Shockers and you can't ask for anything else.

Shock, technically he agreed to not request a restructure, but WSU is not so restricted and can always offer him a restructure -- or a bonus or supplemental package outside of his contract.

Cannot follow a Final Four appearance with anything less than another chance in the dance. Reaching the dance will mean an impressive resume that got us there and just being given a chance to compete with the rest of the field for a Final Four trip, a national championship, anything.
