Yes they are. Espn3 is part of the Valley TV Network along with FOX SPORTS MIDWEST, FOX SPORTS KC, FOX SPORTS INDIANA, COMCAST SPORTS-NET CHICAGO and FOX COLLEGE SPORTS (National but only in a limited number of households, kind of like espnU).
