Valley Rules On Deontae Hawkins

We can't rule out the possibility that Marshall was involved in this compromise. Ultimately, since he's a non-qualifier, Hawkins is only losing two games due to the transfer rule, rather than an entire season.
The only people with a real gripe will be the other eight Valley schools who will have to play against him in 2014-15, assuming he makes it that far.

What an odd resolution to this issue.
I agree that this looks to be some sort of Marshall-Muller-Elgin compromise, where all sides seem to have received a fair shake.
I also agree that other Valley schools have a legitimate beef. Imagine if Dougie didn't get to play against UNI in recent seasons, that could have had a major effect on the Valley race.
I'm still not sure any of it will ever come to fruition.

Teddy has had academic problems since Christ was a corporal. I don't see how they can be resolved at this late date. Its too bad because the young man could have been a big factor on any team he played with. I would like to see him do well at this stage of his life. A question about the valley tournament 2014-2015. If we happen to play each other I guess that would be the only time we would ever see him in action against us right?

Or did he go to juco? There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

I think he will have three years of eligibility after this year. Screw it, I'm now confused. He will have three years if he flunked out of prep school and two years if he flunked out of juco.

Seven years if he goes the Grant Gibbs route. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Prep school doesn't start the eligibility clock. His clock starts this semester. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.
