He has looked ok. Letting his guy push him around a little. Hard to get a good feel on this kind of a game. No one seems to be going full speed. To be expected I suppose

We might want to take into account that this is the first actual game he's played in since spring 2012.
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... True but this isn't even D1 pace or as physical. Looks more like a scrimmage. Was hoping for a little more. One thing for sure though he hasn't played or practiced with these players so I am sure that has more to do with it than anything.

I'm not trying to be overly critical of Kadeem. Just making observations. Still think he will be a big factor this year and I am not worried at all.

0-2 from the field 0-2 from the line with a turnover in the third, but had 2 blocked shots and 3 rebounds.

I will say he can definitely rebound. Little rusty around the rim offensively. Some Orukpe-esque shots lol.

I know what his averages was before he came to WSU, but how did he get his points? He have a good hook shot? Or pretty much all dunks? Just wondering. I know it's been discussed but can't remember.

            Dude can sky though!!!!

There was a good put back with the foul. More of that would be wonderful! Nice that he had all last year to practice and build chemistry with the team. That will be the difference right there.

After two quick buckets to open the 4th quarter, he's got 9 points and 9 rebounds and 5 blocked shots in about 16 minutes of play

Yeah. I do notice the opponents try to avoid him when they have the ball. For good reason lol

(His points from the floor have come from a follow dunk, a fast-break dunk and layup.)

No. It was goal tending against the opponent on the 3 point shot

Interesting that Mercer U. is on this tour, too. That'd be a sweet trip for the Shocks some day.

Are they playing by International rules? I thought that after the ball hits the rim, it's a live ball and the defense can knock the ball off the rim. Or did they hit the ball before it even hit the rim?

I thought he looked a little rusty but what do you expect? I also thought he was the best center on the floor and geez the dude can block shots! I was also impressed with his rebounding and aggressiveness. The shots will eventually fall...and I hope the free throws too.

If he can average 8-10 points on dunks and put backs along with his rebounding and shot blocking will go along way to help replace the beasts numbers. His Free throw form in my view does not look bad, hopefully he will get those to drop at a higher pace during the regular season. I thought he looked way better than #14 Thomas Gibson who has had a decent career so far with K State. KC sure moves well and looks very quick for his size, I have to believe this game type situation will sure pay off for him since he sat out last year.
