Well my facts are third hand, so if your facts come from someone "directly confronted" I'll roll with yours! :)

At 3:12 AM Allen ran a top sign on campus. Campus cops pulled him over and found he had a suspended license. Then they found the pot. Not only did he get written up for possession, but also with a "delivery" violation. I don't know what that means in Illinois, but it doesn't sound good.

IlSU fans are praising Muller for encouraging Allen to finish up his education, while speculating that his scholarship can now go to Deontae Hawkins. If you want to call your coach a hero for encouraging a kid in trouble to finish his education, maybe that coach should let the kid have his scholarship until the trial.

No problem with any of that in my book. I know lots of coaches prefer for their guys to stay focused, but I personally like that sort of "us against the crowd" attitude. If players can be expected to take it while they're actually trying to perform, then the students dishing it out need to man up and be willing to take it too when a guy sends it back.

They are going to miss this guy a lot more than their fans are willing to admit. You can't over exaggerate how helpful an experienced point guard can be.

This motivated me to drop in on their board for the first time in a few weeks. When I saw a mention of McIntosh maybe being a one and done, I wondered why I was reading this garbage.

Because they think he is that good, or because he will get tired of the $@#*?

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

Technically, under Muller, the vast majority of ISU-R players have been one and done.

That's a fair point, but I prefer our players as they are. I like them to be confident and have a swagger, but I think there is a difference between that and what Marshall Henderson was famous for. And I think what Bryant Allen did was much closer to that. Me personally, I thought people like Marshall Henderson just seemed stoopid.

it's like muller expected the wichita state of the 90's to show up.. just roll over. when they didn't, he spazzed out. but then again, some 90's shocker graduates here also expect that kind of thing, to be fair. that's their only frame of reference also.

Being six feet tall doesn't automatically make someone a point guard.
