      I think you're definitely right, but as of right now, for a young coach coming up, that Larry Brown coaching tree helps you get future jobs now. Coach Marshall's ability definitely carries weight now, but his coaching tree isn't very helpful as far as networking for jobs in the next few years.

          The last assistant job at most programs is a rotating door. I don't know why we care how long each one stays.

              Our "last assistants" over the last few years have got us in on strong HS talent.

              We've got the JuCo ranks covered, we need a strong presence with OK and TX high school players.
