As I sat at the Celebration last night I started looking up at the rafters finding the spot where the Final Four banner would be hung. My eyes moved down to where I saw the Cleo Littleton, Dave Stallworth, Antoine Carr, Cliff Levingston, Xavier McDaniel and Ralph Miller banners hanging. I dawned on me that in all likelihood, one day a Gregg Marshall banner will be hanging there as well.

What do you think it takes to get player up there? I would love to see Hall's name up there an point up in 10 years to my kids and tell them how I used to watch him play!I just want to stand on land...

If I had a gun with two bullets and was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and a Creighton fan, I think I'd shoot the Creighton fan twice.

Of all the former players, Warren Armstrong/Jabali is the most deserving.Livin the dream

Mo Evans doesn't get mentioned much in the annals of WSU history despite spending a brief period here and he could be considered a successful NBA figure. I realize that Early would have graduated here and finished his WSU career on good terms but otherwise there could be similarities drawn there. I agree too that Hall has been great but he is only a 2 year player and I would classify him in the ranks of Paul Miller who also became a fantastic big man for us and gave us 4 years. I guess this is just a long way of asking "what is the criteria?".Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

Only one name that deserves consideration for this honor is Warren Jabali (Armstrong). The established criteria of being honored as an AA is a lame excuse from jump street. I could be wrong, but Cliff was a 3rd team AA by College Basketball Times (or something like that). During Cliff's time at WSU, there were many recognized AA teams, while during Jabali's career in the late 60's the hosts of AA teams were very limited in numbers. The committee should step up and recognize Jabali. I have talked to a handful of Shocker fans that saw both Cliff and Jabali play, and all of them say Jabali was the better player. Jabali belongs in the rafters...yesterday!!!
