oh, i'd love to play ku. is there any explanation necessary? hello? anybody there?

i'd love to play unc, ucla, duke, indiana and kentucky, too. but they don't reside in the same state as the shockers do they?

somebody needs to go over to phognet and tell them not to mention wichita state and ku on the same message board (11 pages, no less), like seems to be the policy here.

Creighton will join KU and K-State among those who avoid to play us IMO. If we were to play any of these 3, we go one at their barn and one at our barn. No need to offer concessions to teams we can beat and give them extra home games. We Danced longer and ended up higher ranked at the end than these three teams this time. I would like to play all three of them as time marches on. The ticket-holder fans who help greatly to pay their Programs basketball bills would love a series with us. However, their decision makers, making the big bucks, usually shun the thought followed by lame excuses. We will be just fine if none of these 3 Programs so choose to play us. We are developing our own gig and it is working just fine.

I would like us to also play Louisville, Michigan, and Syracuse next Season or the following one. This is a pipe dream but it would be fun. Also, add to that list the teams we played and defeated at the Dance this Season. Since some of their fans at each Program thought they just had an off-night against us, this would be great opportunity for these solid teams to have another shot at us. Lastly, with logistics in mind, it would be cool to play Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, or even Iowa State.

Just get us a tough schedule assembled and we will play angry and win games. I'm not so sure many, if any, of the best of teams will be swarming us, wanting to play us.

Really? Hmmmm let's analyze this for a moment. If I go onto KU or KSU's board and start trolling like Cold, I'll get banned in no time flat which subsequently prohibits me from ever sharing my two cents whenever their fans post something inaccurate. It would also continue to perpetuate the myth that all Shocker fans are dip$hits. What WU or anyone else continues to not acknowledge is that I post on a whole lot of boards if and when the need arises. If I was trying to hide, why would my scout.com profile be KC Shox? I've posted on pretty much every opponent's board the Shockers have on their schedule, even non scout accounts such as GMU's, Winthrops, VCU's etc. not just KU's.

The point is, I rarely will engage or be drawn into mud slinging or name calling on another fan's board. What's the old saying, "keep your friend close, but your enemies closer", "you attract more flies with honey than you do with $hit". Despite our differences, KU's board does have a lot of good basketball information they post not related to KU. I go there from time-to-time to see what interesting in the world of college basketball they are sharing. SN too, has a lot of good information, but going to other fans' sites will undoubtedly have something that SN doesn't.

What I do find interesting in visiting KU and KSU's board is that there are regular Shocker fans who post there and I do not see their profile name in SN. There are a few but there are some who may post there but have a different name on SN. You can call it and me whatever you like, but most of you know who holds my allegiance. If you don't I got nothing else for ya'.

Oh, no one is worried about you trolling over there. Maybe it isn't fair, but I still remember when you were over on Phog essentially apologizing for Shockers fans and doing some unmentionable things to KU fans.

My choices in order:
1. Louisville (a good rematch game that should garner national TV)
2. Cu in Kansas City on a Saturday afternoon (it would be a good for both schools)
3. Cu in a home and home.
4. VCU in a home and home. (They would be a good program to get a rivalry going with)
5. The Ohio State (big 10 champs, need I say more)
6. Kwho in a home and home or one game in Intrust with one game in Sprint.
7. Kstate in a home and home. They don't offer a lot but it would be an instate rivalry type game and good for fans of both schools.
