I'm not complaining. It's in KC so it's a nice drive to watch the shocks play. I have tickets to all four games so I don't care who we play. Just getti getting to see the shockers this year is all I am concerned with. Some people just need to lighten up just a little.

What I'm saying is next time KC gives us an invite, say "thanks, but no thanks." I hope we're at a point now where we can pick and choose what tournaments we play in. I just don't know if that would cause any backlash in trying to get a non-CBE game in KC.

I've got no argument with that, so long as we give support to what we have already committed ourselves to.

Why all the hate on the CBE? Heck, I say take a home advantage every four or five years if you can and give the fans something to travel to. I like those preseason tournament trophies. They're so shiny and glimmery.

Most years, yes. But once every three, four or five years giving the fans a chance to participate in a tournament atmosphere, that can't afford to travel, or even afford just the post season tickets seems pretty good to me.

ESPNU definitely isn't ESPN or ESPN2, but it's definitely more relevant than an internet streaming service. I like ESPN3, but ESPNU is TV and I'm pretty sure every cable/satellite company has them included in their main lineups now. It's not as fringe as it was 5 years ago.

I guess the 1 v 4 thing makes sense, but wow. DePaul in back to back years just freaking sucks.

I know your thoughts on Cox, Fev, but I'm pretty sure ESPNU is not part of their Basic package, you can add it for an additional charge on their next 2 levels after that, and can select it as a no-additional charge option on the 4th level. I thought being picked by 5 of 6 contributors to win the whole thing looked pretty d*mn good for a change and not surprised at all that at least one picked an upset.

I think the CBE would like to have good local teams like Kansas, Wichita State to feature in it's games. They do need to schedule up if they want Wichita State to keep coming back. Would be nice if the games were on the weekend.

I can't figure any of it out looking online and off the top of my head don't know exactly what I have anymore. I know I gave up HBO and the Sports to save money as well as lower my internet speed. I think I have Advanced which gives you the first 75 channels or so and then some random 100 range ones. It's been almost a year since my change so I'm not on top of it. I'm not a fan of the Cox website.

Why does ******* have sour grapes about WSU?

Jeff ******* told Dan Patrick that he personally likes Gregg Marshall but he "rubs a lot of people the wrong way". Gregg of course called JG out, and was a little short with DP for coming at him with it.
