Since scholarships are of a one year commitment only, why is it necessary for Jake to request a release?

He has to have permission to transfer from WSU in order to receive a scholly at another school next year.

I liked Jake, but I do not believe that he was the best player for the system. He will find a great system that will make him a star! Good luck Jake!
