I attended WSU almost thirty years ago. I don't know if Kirby's needs to expand so much or if a thorough cleaning of the place would do.

Interesting idea, with the caveat that it not be self-supporting. Wouldn't want to be the first public mass transport system in the US that actually paid for itself via user fees.
