I realized when I read this that Tekele will likely become the first Shocker in history to play in the NCAA tournament in each of his four years. Congrats Tekele!People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do. -Isaac Asimov

TC is EPIC! There should be a thread where we post nothing but TC dunk videos. No one posts anything in writing, not one word. Just video after video, dunk after dunk. TC, words do not do you justice.“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”

Today's game is the second time I've heard the announcers mention TC as a prospective NFL safety, this time by quoting coach Marshall who apparently said "put some shoulder pads on him" and send him to the NFL. I'm glad to hear someone with some authority say this because I've often thought that just might be his next venture. If there's a John Dorsey sighting at CKA, might Tekele be terrorizing NFL receivers next?

Tekele is moving in on becoming the All-Time winningest Shocker.
Demetric Williams is considered the all-time winningest Shocker with 111 wins from 2009-2010. Those were the number of wins for the Shockers during with Demetric on the active roster during his career in which he played in all but 4 games. All 4 of those games were wins so he actually played in 107 wins.
During Tekele's career-to-date the Shockers have won 109 games. Tekele has missed playing in only 2 of those games. He has played in 107 wins also.
I don't believe they reduce the wins for games you did not play in so I think Demetric's record is on the books as 111 games as a member of the Shocks.
Tekele has 2 more to go to tie. I think he will get there.
Wherever Tekele's numbers end up it is going to be one very tough standard to beat. Although Fred and Ron will have a shot at it if they both return next year. Evan, because of his medical redshirt, however may ultimately be the king of wins if he comes back next year. Not sure how they will count 2 years ago when he only played 8 games (all wins) in his medical redshirt year.
PS: These are unofficial numbers by my count. Sorry but accuracy not guaranteed.Last edited by 1972Shocker; January 22, 2015, 01:44 PM.

TC is the ultimate example of a HCGM player. An incredible defender with an all around game and a great basketball IQ. Every time I start thinking about how much I'm going to miss him, I have to remind myself to just enjoy the remaining show.
