    I'm happy for LaSalle.
I'm shocked (pardon the pun) that Henderson wasn't in the game for the last possession. I'm guessing because he's not a defender. I honestly don't know much about the guy other than that he's a shooter...and a thug.

In other news, Creighton only down 1 (19-20) to Dookie with 3:19 left in the 1st.

This. I'm afraid about foul trouble.

LaSalle is dangerous. Then again, so are we.

Nothing to be afraid of. We beat the #1 team in the country. We can beat anyone. Believe.

The good news for us is that La Salle gets torn up on the glass and they don't draw a lot of fouls. They have a lot of quick guards but they usually beat teams with outside shots.

With a timeout left that was inexcusable.

I didn't pick Ole Miss or Harvard but I have all the Sweet 16 teams right in the West.

Our backcourt is going to have a handful.. those kids are good.

I like our chances just on the strength of our defense... Its going to be a real good game that is going to get alot of attention. Just like our game against GM back in 2006. Not as much as FGCU though.. But still we are considered "unlikely teams" in the S16

Apparently, Marshall Henderson gave the KC crowd the double middle finger after someone yelled that his sister was a whore. As someone on twitter pointed out, good to see Henderson taking a principled stand against trash talking. How ironic.

La Salle is going to be tough. To anyone with more BB IQ than me (which is pretty much everyone around here), do they compare with anyone in the Valley? How does their 4 guard offense match up with our D?

LaSalle is pretty good. I'm not sure if it is a stretch offense or a spread offense :) but they do a good job of spacing so that their guards can penetrate or shoot from the 3 pt. line. They will present some challenges for us with our big men trying to guard them. It's good we have Baker back and we could use Wessell for defense. It's a difficult matchup for Hall and Early to follow their man out that far. They're quicker than Dougie McDermott. Maybe they're up to it.
