That no doubt busted a bunch of brackets. Wow, if Davidson had just been able to hang on against Marquette it would have been a tremendous day of upsets.
But it's this David vs Goliath drama that makes the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament one of the best, if not the best, sports event on the planet.
It busted mine. Of course no one* had Harvard winning but I have been in love with New Mexico all year long and I had them in the FF (other then the Shox win it all bracket I do)
Wasn't it Alford beeching and moaning earlier in the year about the Valley having two teams ranked?
He might have had something to say about it, but I seem to recall Larry Eustachy being the most vocal... His Colorado State team put a not unexpected beatdown on Missouri.... chalk up another win for non-BCS over BCS.
And another non-BCS team (Harvard) taking out another non-BCS team (the Lobos)
Here is a picture of my bracket after that New Mexico loss
F'ing MWC
You, me and everyone else I know. The freakin' Lobos busted a lot of brackets last night. And yes I blame the Lobos--credit Harvard for the clutch shooting but the Lobos played with absolutely no heart and no grit.

If there is a God, please let John Higgins referee the Marshall Henderson show with Wisconsisn - think he might have a "T" up his sleeve? (He has called 35 technicals this year versus 17 last year).Or at least someone with the same attitude about taunting . . .
Sorry - the heading will not transfer - the columns are: Games, fouls per game, Fouls standard deviation, Home foul margin, Disqualifications (55 - really?), Technicals called, and the last is States visited.
