His play was outstanding yesterday. A man amongst boys for sure.

When we had our voting in the other thread on who between Early, Hall, and Armstead we thought should make the first team, I voted for Armstead. I still think he would be a better selection than Early.

Loved the kid yesterday. Just don't want it to go to his head at the wrong time - NCAA's. He's a pretty good passer too. He needs to remember that ability as well.

        ... No really, deuces.

Let's hope not. Got to really feel good for Mal. He paid his way last year for this opportunity and he grabbed the bull by the horns and has been a very key factor in making this year happen. In fact, I think Mal is probably this year's Shocker MVP.

Here is hoping Mal will play smart like he has been as of late. We can't afford the Mal of old to show up now. I would like to think he has learned how he makes this team click in a positive way. Come on Mal, lead the way!!!

He uses the glass as good as I have ever seen. He is very adept when driving the ball, and his outside shot is sweet.

Watching the post game interview, Malcom was talking under his breath to Carl on a couple of occasions. He looked uncomfortable and when he got up he said something like "oh crap" or "cramp" and was slightly favoring a leg while walking away. Did he get injured during the game? Was he suffering cramps during the game? No I didn't watch it live, too superstitious. I'm DVR'n it.
