Love that! That's just the energy we need. Doesn't necessarily have to be in the intro video, but I really like the vibe and beat it generates. Gets the blood circulating (yes, even in us old folks.)

This type of song is what has been missing over the last couple of years (minus last year...as the intro song was great). Whatever the song is really needs to have a strong bass beat to it. Our crowd likes to get a clap going during the intro, and some of the recent songs didn't exactly have that.

Can't understand all the lyrics, but "the boys are back", "the boys are back and they're lookin' for trouble", we're back in town, we're gonna get it done, you got nowhere to hide, you got nowhere to run, it's been a long time a coming ... we're coming for you ..." The lyrics I understood seem to fit. I don't know about the words I couldn't make out.

Imagine getting the whole crowd yelling "the boys are back and they're looking for trouble" and "we're comin' for you and you're goin' down". Would be incredible. @HockeyShock:, think you could sneak your pipes by security?

I wouldn't mind using this one to build behind an intro video:

Official video for Fall Out Boy “My Songs Know What You Did In the Dark (Light Em Up)” from the 2013 album ‘Save Rock and Roll’.Save Rock and Roll: The Young...

We'll definitely be lighting up our opponents.
                Deuces Valley.
                ... No really, deuces.

Completely agree with that! As a Valpo student and lifelong Shocker fan I was really pleased with what the Valpo Volleyball team did using this song in their intro (linked below) and definitely think that WSU should take advantage of the song in their intro video!

It's a great song with a nice beat befitting an intro song. I actually own the track via iTunes. Roughly half of its chorus is solid too ("light 'em up"). Unfortunately, the other half of the chorus makes as little sense as any song I can recall off the top of my head. I mean really... "my songs know what what you did in the dark?" Uhhh, okay!?! Lay off the weed, hipster songwriter.

Agreed. Those lyrics are dumb and really kill an otherwise a great tune. They make no sense at all. But I'm sure we could do some editing, if we actually used it.

The Red Sox notwithstanding, everything Dropkick is always good.
