Some bills don't have to pass to succeed. Just get lots of publicity. :) If the Shox can get crankin' again this might get enough air time to embarrass a few folks.

I have a feeling this is all this is. A publicity stunt for O'Donnell. He's looked bad lately and needs something to make him look good again to voters in Wichita.
