As far as Hall starting, I think it's tough for coach to "bench" Cotton or Early and maybe he thinks "benching" Ehimen may have a negative effect on his game. Hall is still playing starter like minutes and has shown he doesn't have issues coming off the bench. To the point that last year he requested it.

Suellentrop reported today that CH initiated some conversation with the coach about his role off the bench and speculated he might start again soon.
