Steal? I assume you are kidding....this program takes what they want now. Theft suggests at a minimum some kind of sleight of hand. This program announces it's presence with authority and then backs it up with brute force. No stealing here. King of the mountain. You want it, come and get it.

I'm referring to everyone's picks from the beginning of the season. Im sure most of us chose Creighton to win it all. To most people, it's like we stole it. No doubt our boys work hard for it, though.

If it were a basketball, Armstead would have stolen it a long time ago ;)

For anyone interested in a trip to Omaha, we still have room on our bus (not the alumni association trip - that one is full). I have a couple of questions regarding this game.

Say the Shox come into the game with a one game lead and Creighton happens to beat us. What happens?

Are we co-champs?
Does non-conference strength of schedule determine who wins the conference outright?
Do we both just get a first place trophy?

I'm not familiar with this possible situation of a tie at the end of the regular season.

In that scenario we would be co-champs and the tie-breakers would be used to determine tournament seeding. So we would be the one seed based on the series split and our stronger ooc schedule.

We would be co-champs and both would be treated as such.

For the Valley Tourney the tie breaker for seeding purposes are 1. Head to Head which would be 1-1 in this case. 2 Non Conference SOS. (WSU 66 CU 110)
So WSU would get the 1 seed.

Me and a few friends are working on getting over there for the game. It's nice to semi coordinate with other Shocker fans. Last year we were in a line by ourselves on the exact opposite side haha.
