I DO like the conference as it was when we got in...I mean, going to Memphis for 2019 American tourney with UCONN, Houston, Memphis, Cincinnat, UCF, and the rest? Awesome! But changes happen...
My thought is that for who WSU is NOW, this is a perfect league...IF a great coach can be found....
When I got home I flipped on the end of kstate and Texas Tech. Apparently weak attendance is not just limited to us. Looked to me like the crowd in Manhattan was no larger than our crowd, if that, and we were playing a bottom feeder and they were playing one of the top teams in the big 12.

Have we heard anything from the AAC regarding possible conference scholarship limitations?
I'll admit when being pessimistic, but I fully believe we'll be filling 13+ roster spots next season. Feel free to change my mind.

I realize what I'm about to say could be looked at as blind heresy, but in today's NIL/Tranfer world, relacing 11 players does not have to be the end of the world....look at Kentucky this year(I KNOW, I KNOW...IT'S KENTUCKY!) but when Pope took over he had ZERO PLAYERS!!! Now...he has a lot more to sell than WSU, but these guys he got are STRONG....the right coach can find the core of a good team quickly today(unfortunately, probs)...but can MILLS be that guy?
I don't think so....

TJ is medical RS and that is definite. No use wasting a year of eligibility for a few games. Help him get healthy and ready for next year.
That is all.
AND BACK FOR HIS SENIOR SEASON AND BACK IN THE STARTING LINEUP, LANDRYYYYYYY SHAMET! LOL

About last nights game, anyone see Kevin jumping up and down in the 2nd half waving his arms trying to get our Shox to play defense with their arms up. It was classic, wish HCPM would show the same emotion consistently as his boss was last night.
