We will take it anyway and any how…better than losing. Glad to see Degray back. Should help with added depth. He looked pretty good in the second half. Hill had a good second half also. Bell had some solid moments and Beverly had one of his better games of late. Long way to go but you got to start somewhere

If the rest of the conference would play it smart, they'd let WSU run the rest of the conference schedule. That would give the Shox 25 wins and get Mills a one year extension. No loss this year, but would pay rewards for the rest f the conference down the road.

So it would appear that Shocker basketball has gone from the the place where the Whose Who of Wichita had to be seen along with thousands of passionate fans who were loud, proud and dedicated to pretty much the polar opposite of that. It was fun while it lasted but odds of a return to that seem to be quite slim.

Glad to get the win. Our defense was much better. Q missed several blocks at the rim he normally swats. Having DeGray back will help a lot. Attendance shows 5,300 but I'm guessing 3,000 at the most were actually there. Attendance will be bad for the East Carolina game since the Chiefs are playing at the same time.
