Is it really greater? We have 7.5 years of history at this point that says that the vast majority of the time, Paul Mills coached teams are unprepared to step up to win big games. I think he's won around 7 of 55 "big" games.

So the coaches get the credit during the W’s but the players get the blame during the Ls.

      Got it.

Not what I said. However if you read your posts you blame the coach for everything. No credit EVER given.

Not what I said. I don’t even know how you could even get that from my post. I completely understand, you don’t like Mills. Get over it.

I completely understand, you think Mills has no fault at all in any loss. You've said it pretty plainly.

And yes I've given him credit when credit was due but he's equally responsible for losses as he is wins. He gets the MAJORITY of the blame and credit because that's his job.

I actually agree with you that the majority of the credit and blame is on the head coach. I have never said Mills has no faults.

Uh, that's exactly what you implied. You were asked to explain the UMKC performance and you completely deflected (predictably) and turned it into the "players didn't execute", the "players didn't give effort" excuses and pinned it on them.

Well, considering the coach is getting paid seven figures PLUS to do his job, yah gets the blame for pretty much everything since, you know, he pretty much controls everything.

                • There is no point in engaging Fever of stickboy. You will just get the same old tired arguments which are predictable as they strive to get the last word and pat themselves on the back for their post count totals.

Truth = tired arguments? Interesting take

Another "post total" inferiority complex poke.

You're the biggest waffler on the site, Aargh. Pick a side and stay with it or STFU.

                      • Mills may be the greatest coach but at some point he needs to be graded on the guys he brings in to execute his system. I’m still waiting and see if he has the ability to get the talent he needs year over year.

He's graded like every other coach is .. output .. wins and losses. That's the determining factor. How he gets there is up to him.
