This is all true, but you seriously can't be comparing HOF coaches to Mills, right? I think there is a right for fans to be skeptical of HCPM's coaching ability after some major blunders.

He doesn't need to be an animated buffoon, but maybe show some energy or something?

Not comparing HCPM to FHCGM at all.
Just saying different coaches have different methods in the way they go about teaching, instruction and ways to motivate players.
I guess you could say different strokes for different folks.

I have personally participated in and viewed a scout session before a game. I assure you they are very detailed and informative. The coaching staff does their homework.

Maybe they are doing the wrong homework because whatever they do rarely translates to a prepared team on the floor.

Well that’s even worse then because it’s not at all translating to game play.

No one said anything about not being prepared for K-State. Most of us were pleasantly surprised how prepared the Shox looked.

You cherry picked the one game outlier where everyone got up for an instate Big 12 team at home that likely finishes in the bottom 1/3. What about 90% of all the other games where the team looks like they’re walking out of the twilight zone and just going through the motions?

It’s clear you have a close personal relationship with the coaching staff. Thats fine but it’s clouding your judgement to reality.

Obviously the players did not execute the game plan nor give much effort until the last 8-10 minutes of the game. Worst performance in 3-4 years.

That's an interesting way of saying the coaching staff completely overlooked that game and didn't prepare the team for it because they were focused on KSU
