Whether this team can make that a reality remains to be seen.

However, the Shocks showed what they are capable of, but the good teams make that seem normal and routine.

...If I was into sports betting I'd put some serious cash on KSU to cover.

I'm usually wrong when I make betting picks, even if I don't have money on them, so there is that ray of hope.

I understand there are a lot criticisms to be made about this team, staff. But, KSU waited until this program was at rock-bottom to schedule a series with us. They spent millions on their team this year. They came into Koch Arena and got smoked, with a kid from Wichita leading the way. Feels good to be a Shocker today.

DePaul likely won't win a game in the big east. Similarly k State is going to be bottom of the big 12.

Either way.. Great win. I'm not sure it fully clears the **** smell from losing to UMKC... But hopefully it's something to build on. That effort gets us top 2 in conference. The key is if they can give it consistently

Our first AAC game is Temple in Philly.. Time to beat them and play like tonight. After watching the last 2 games, every team is capable of beating us, but not if we play like the 2nd half tonight all game.
