Safely home. Fun trip with a black mark in the middle of it haha. Always fun to support the Shockers away from home, but an even better feeling getting back to my own bed.

I feel more apathetic than ever. Seriously. I know we’re 6-1, I know we’re better than last year, but I simply have no interest in watching small time ball. And that was never more evident than last night.
I don’t think I’ll be staying up for the next game. There really aren’t words enough to describe how disappointed I am with Mills, and maybe more importantly, tired of this program dying a slow death. Wonder what it would take for the money guys to even step back in and save it. Money shouldn’t be a problem. Not in freaking Wichita.
I *think* we look better this year, but the door is fully open to us being just as bad.The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

Terrible 3-point shooting is the sh*t that has not come off the shoe. The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

We can recruit a roster full of "athletes" but if no one can shoot what does it matter?
Hill was a 33% 3pt shooter for 4 years before here.
Meeks is injured but was a 34.5% 3 pt shooter for 4 years and never under 32%, but he's out with an injury.
Bell was a 38% 3pt shooter at Drexel for 2 years.
DeGray has been a 30%+ 3pt shooter for us but he's injured.

Sure, he might be a one trick pony but he provides something no one on this team can... and he would take care of the ball better than most. We have nothing like that on this roster.
