Coach on Jake White: Did a great job against DePaul, helped us win. Coach was mad about missed free-throw box out in the Iowa game. "Why would you leave Cle on the bench when he is playing well?"

Coach on Nick Wiggins: Pleased about break away dunk in Iowa game. Getting better on defensive end and with rebounding, sounds like scoring isn't his problem as we all suspected.

Coach also said Nick's best run was against Iowa and maybe he can build on that.

It would be nice if they had suites ( I realize this isn't possible in Koch ). Then the absence wouldn't be noticeable and more committed individuals could fill in the lower areas.

They extended it another 2 games quite awhile back. So counting weds game 2 home and 2 away left in the series.

From a soccer player that had that type of injury more than I can remember, those can linger and hurt worse than an ankle as big as a softball.

Of course, each one was different , and many times was put in a boot to reduce possibility of re-injuring the ankle by accidentally stepping in a hole or tripping on a step.

I don't know much about soccer but I have watched mens soccer and sometimes when there is a slide tackle the guy that was tackled will writhe in pain and I expect to see him carted off by an ambulance but lo and behold he gets up and starts running again. I expect EO to be good to go. :)

Soccer players are notorious for their overwrought theatrics, so we can hope that Orukpe's injury and reaction were a throwback to his days on the pitch -- but I'm glad Lufile is on the roster, too, just in case.

I was also surprised in looking at their roster to see how small Tulsa is, so maybe if EO has to be limited or even out this isn't a bad game for it to happen.

Yeah EO going down for a game would only clear the way for us to start our teams leading scorer :) it's like a cruel trick.

He did not just call them out for not using their seats, he also asked them to make a reasonable effort to give those tickets to someone who would use them.

This was far overdue. Loved that the Coach addressed this issue. Not sure how many of these seat holders listen to 3G's show though. Perhaps a kindly worded letter directly from ADES and 3G to the offending seat holders would be an appropriate follow up.

Nothing makes me more irritated. Especially considering the number of Airmen at McConnell (many sports nuts out there) that would love to go that we could convert into Shocker Fans. People donate tickets to the military all the time, why not Shocker fans that aren't using their seats?
