Except for K-State and maybe Memphis, sell empty seats in rows 22-27 for $20-25 and rows 28-34 for $10-15. Put some family package deals together. Help get those young kids in the seats and hooked on the in person experience. Empty seats generate $0 revevue.

Memphis crowd was nothing to get excited about last year... Hopefully this year will be different.

And I am really hopeful we hold a large majority of the K-State crowd.

To be fair, I think it was dumping snow outside, so that played a factor in the crowd.

I know, I know. It didn’t stop crowd in Gregg’s first year or the 2015 College Day crowd. But still.,.
